THE CHALLENGE

In a world where travelers have endless choices, Ritz Carlton wanted to make a meaningful connection to attract customers to book a summer vacation.

OUR STRATEGY

To raise awareness of the Ritz Carlton brand and promote their properties, Reign invited 30 select influencers to stay at Ritz Carlton properties in Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and South America.

Drawing on the engaging power of contests on Instagram, these influencers shared engaging content and ran a giveaway using the hashtag #RCMemories to win a stay at a lucky winner’s property of choice.

In addition to promoting the contest, each influencer shared engaging content on their Instagram Stories on each day of their stay.

THE RESULTS

The campaign inspired audiences to engage with the Ritz Carlton brand, with more than 18,000 comments posted from followers globally, boosting the highly successful #RCMemories campaign which sparks an emotional connection between Ritz Carlton and making memories with friends and family.

Inspired by the beautiful backdrop of Ritz Carlton’s luxury hotels in stunning locations, many influencers created and shared engaging content above and beyond the partnership requirements. As a result, original earned media was shared across platforms by people who genuinely loved the brand.
